Why do your customers have to travel all the way thru Summerville to do their banking business ? Do you have any idea how long the branch at the Oakbrook area will be closed ? This is very inconvenient 😥

VERY inconvenient. Our other bank notified us! Our safety dpt box is there and we're in midst of refi our home but can't get our legal paperwork. THIS is why we've begun to transfer our business to another bank!! No excuse!!

From what I was told they re open November 15th, it's a staffing issue, they closed down some locations in order to fully staff the other ones. Hope this helps!
