I wouldn't swim in it! Nasty river. And I wouldn't eat fish out of there either.
I see kids playing in it. Its not deep where they were. Not sure if its legal or not.

I have swam in it but it is against the rules. It's not a clean looking river so you may not want to even get in. I plan on taking my kids to play in the creek there this summer anyways.
There's a river, they flows near but its not that deep. I saw people with kits playing near the rocks.
