I see the complaint about long waiting and excuse for being made Fred. Well what's the excuse for every single table filthy not wiped, all napkin bins empty except two in whole restaurant, out of catsup in dispenser, paper and towels in bathroom.s.

Tourists have nothing to do with it. This is the worst Hardees on the planet. I live very close to this one. Hardees is my favorite. Still more Hardees in my hometown than all the others. Every single time there is some kind of BS. Even the coldest winter day. 4yr...something every time. The coupons and location are the only reasons I go there. Tourists make it worse because they're not set up for regular customers...much less an extra 20 morning customers.

Have no clue. But being Hardee's is in a tourist town could be you arrived right after a big surge and staff may have been short-handed. Plus hard to keep help when the pay at theses places is around minimum wage. You have to look at all the circumstances.
