All of those including gas treatment... I think it's from STP in a red bottle.
For years, a generic term for one such additive was "Dry Gas," which I think might also be a brand name. I would expect that you could find some kind of fuel additive either there or at any auto parts store. Just be sure it says in the description that it absorbs or neutralizes water in the fuel tank. Be careful to follow the instructions. Some such products could be dangerous if not used correctly.
