I ordered the 4 pack of rolled chicken tacos = $3.99 and a beef burrito= $1.99 and I was charged $6.93 on my debit card!.. what kind of tax was I charged? The girl did not put my receipt in the bag... I need my change or a refund!

$5.98*1.07 for 7% sales tax is $6.39.
Is it possible that you misread the charge amount on your debit card?
