Trying to contact Walmart sometimes is like trying to talk to a 🧱 wall! Because of the amount of employees who work there! And sometimes trying to find some help about an item your looking for is like trying to find a needle in a haystack! It's pretty much that way in every Walmart!
Call but ask for someone in personnel. That is when they answer. If you continue to get no answer, go to service desk & ask them to page someone in personnel.
