If I were caught walking out of you're store without paying for items you would have me arrested. Why is it ok for walmart to charge me for items i didn't purchase. Found three items on my receipt that I didn't buy $17.00. Not much but!

That has happened to me, I called customer services and they refunded my money. And now I use the self checkout, and if I go through a line I check at my receipt before I leave the store.

Yes I would cuz that's stealing . if u have this on ur receipt that u didn't buy bring it to the customer service and talk to a manager do the right thing

As with any business they try to hire competent employees. Dont know if employee is to blame or company. But would like to know.. 😊

Go back n show them you're receipt n take the items you bought in the bags they'll give u your money back I'm sure I always check my receipt before i leave for that reason

This is still happening. Got home to find 8 items on the receipt I didn't purchase, used self checkout.

They did refund the money. That doesn't change the fact that they are charging people for things you didn't buy. Not the employees fault!
