Hi Everette. They do not have 1 bedroom trailers, there are 2 and 3 bedrooms. There are also double wide trailers. There could be 1 or 2 bathrooms in the 2 and 3 bedroom single wide trailers and the price varies depending on those factors but the lowest price I heard of was around $435, I do know a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single wide is $475 a month.
