For as old as these apartments are... the price for a 12 month should be a bit lower. But 1 bedroom 1 bath hits 925.00 -ish. Arium seems like they want to do major renovations. Verdict is still out on that happening. There is also Arium North Charleston on the same street. Compare the two for yourself
Depends on the style but a little over $900... Nice, quiet and peaceful community. Worth the price
