No set numbers of vendors. It's a hit & miss
Some come Saturday n Sunday and some just come on either or . You never really know so it's best to go sat and sun .
I'm not the best person to answer this question, but I figured I'd go ahead and weigh in anyway. I've only been once and it was on a Sunday and I can say that there were a solid number of vendors that Sunday. There may have been some that had came Saturday and didn't come back Sunday, but there were also others such as myself that came Sunday that had not been there the day before. It seemed the outdoor section that were not under sheds was full. The indoor portion seemed to be mostly open and full for the main part (there were some dead halls). The sheds were about half full. I went on a day when it had rained Saturday and was cloudy Sunday. There were still more vendors than there are on a good day at my small town's market.
