Sometimes. It depends on what breeder is there selling...
No
I would say yes but please be aware in the news in the past weeks there has been a lot about the lady who sells the puppies one thing is she's taking in abandoned dogs or getting them from the shelter for free turn around and breeding them and selling them at the flea market she's been cited for this several times I would do some research before I buy a puppy from her like I just recently said the lady who used to sell the puppies there it was cited for selling them puppies because of how she obtained the mother and father I would not purchase a puppy from the Florence flea market if I was you I do not think they sell them anymore because the lady had gotten into trouble criminally. There was a big story in the news about it you may want to Google it and check that out
I yet to see anyone selling puppies of any sorts
You would do better to adopt from the shelter instead. You would be surprised at the types of puppies and needy animals there are at the animal shelter. Also, you know what type of environment they are in. I am very leary of backyard pet farms.
Lately I have not seen anyone selling teacup puppies at the Florence flea market
I saw that she was closed down. Search Donna Happy Paws.
Im sure they do you just got to look
I'm sure they do if one of the vendors has them
