Have had to pull off several times Bc nobody will take my order.. called to report but nobody even answered the phone. When you do get your order taken expect to wait foreverrrr.

Yes Royston is as slow as molasses tuning up hill. I have beer gone this drive thru that I wasn't told to wait, before I could order. The blonde shift manager has her act together and does good on inside orders. Hartwell has always done good for us. The food is still better than mc'ds

Sometimes when your in line ordering your food you have to wait a while sometimes to just order your food this is the one in royston

Never been to the Hartwell one, the one in Royston has never been like that whenever we've been there.

Yes that's normal for that location. Hartwell is worse they can get a order right
