Does the franchise owner of this location come down from their Hickory home area very often? If no, they need to. This ranks as one of the worst 2 or 4 McD's I've ever been to. Service is slow as molasses and food is NOT fresh tasting.

You have a 10% chance of getting the actual items that you order. I do not go to this location but instead drive 15+ minutes extra for a different location. Advertised specials are NOT honored and there has been a complete lack of quality in the food and service at this location. It has went downhill steadily for a few years now and nothing has been done to fix the issues at this location.

This location is a joke, they can't even be bothered to make sure they include a you in the happy meal let alone the sauce for chicken nuggets. I have written this location off years ago.
