Why are employees not trained to make Mcflurries the proper way? Drive thru service isn't worth a Dang.

They be so busy inside & handling the inside customers some of the employees are teenagers

At least they had Mcflurries, I can't remember the last time I've gotten a milkshake from McDs, even though it's a staple- [[go to McDs for burger and shake]] -machine is ALWAYS is being 'cleaned' even during rush hours. I know it's a task but that's why you're paid, and I know it's teenagers but the Management should be better than that. I just go to Arby's or QT if I want a milkshake now. I've worked in food/retail for over a decade and worked my way up into corporate, if anyone understands I do. But this is crazy. Not sure if enough people aren't complaining, or if McDs just isn't training/enforcing management.
