Can club members use any entry point or are they just supposed to go in the club members (left) entrance? I see all of them have the reader.

Yes any lane is acceptable, but you will only get the services you've paid for.

Any lane will accept your ez pass. Trust me I use whichever lane appears to be the least congested.
