I am from ny and I went to your store in St. Paul mn the maneger there was a rude and nasty individual I have a service dog she is trained and I was approached by the manager was asked for my dogs paper work she was so rude and nasty

That's a shame. The employees at that location usually ARE NOT the best at Customer Service. They will talk to each other instead of acknowledging the customer in front of them - and talk about the most inappropriate topics at that!!

That makes me not want to patronize this establishment. Rude employees are a real turn-off for me. I will NOT tolerate them.

I will talk to someone higher up so the situation won't happen again to you or anyone else. So with that being said don't let that or anyone steal your joy...... #staybless#forgiveness

I would stop going there, I only go to the one in Minneapolis. Call the BBB on her.

Petty AF... I would just mk sure the ESA tags are on the dog and perhaps the harness.. That store is garbage anyway
