Does the car wash close in cold weather? Like sunday, Jan 27th when it is suppose to be around 9 degrees?

It does close earlier in winter months. I think it opens at 7 and closes at 6pm

Yes it closes on days it's extremely cold. I'm not sure of the cut off time.
