Madam, if you have a bank account, there you will be notified what you need and it is free! I have an account at Wells Fargo x that I say there I have noticed many times and they do not charge me a penny.
I don't really know if they do it in that place but if they do I don't think they charge you more than 10 dollars depending on what you need notarized.
