If you open at 6am for the drive thru. Why did I go through the drive thru and never get any help. The car in front of me and the car behind me left. We couldn't go in. The lobby was closed. I tried to honk my horn. But never seen anyone.

You would have to contact that location and ask to speak to a manager for that question to be answered.

Place not very good we got cold food and had to wait for it how does that happen if they just made it? Wouldn't go back

Different hours at different locations.

Maybe something happened unexpectedly..that happened here too in Charlotte once...the manager was taken to the hospital unexpectedly..only no one knew what the problem was at the time
