how to make a return of a curbside pickup

I return an item that I picked up curbside, I went to customer service with the item and receipt.

The return policy isn't concrete, so the best thing to do is call the operator at the walmart of your choice. Reason being is because as long as you have a receipt USUALLY they will take any and all returns as long as they come with a receipt. They also will ask where to transfer your call and tell them a store manager, or CSM. You will get a better answer then talking to customer service, and you will also already get the manager that they're probably going to call anyways. Goodluck, and I hope this helps.
