I believe the answer is yes. If you are a resident of Nort Olmsted you still must pay an entrance fee or have a rec center membership. Non-residents pay a slightly higher fee.

I dont keep in N.O. and pay to swim. You choose to pay per day or a black of time(3 months) Im not there enough to have value in time blocks

If you have silver sneakers you can swim for free. You do not have to live in north olmsted rates are cheaper than other recs so it is still worth it and they have the best water arobics classes around! Trust me! I go three or four times per week! Love it!

I don't think it's free even if you live locally in North Olmsted. Fees are slightly lower if you live in North Olmsted area and higher for everyone else.
