It depends who it is but some will play in the rain so everyone just sits out in the rain
The concert still goes on. They'll only delay or cancel if it gets bad.

Unfortunate they don't do reign dates so a lot of people still play during the reign my best advice is to get seats that are far back and under a cover or enjoy with umbrellers
Last year at a show one of the openers got bumped because of a rain delay, but as soon as it was done and clear, the show went on.
