Why was no peppermint food lion brand ice cream delivered to any food lion stores in augusta county for the holidays? I get that it's limited edition, but the ice cream NEVER came. Employees act like they've never even heard of it. What gives???

I asked the manager at several locations only to be told they didnt know anything about any limited edition ice cream even though there was a stack of brochures on the front counters advertising these products. I kept being told 'the truck comes in Monday. It might be on that one". Ive actually been waiting all year for its return and have been looking for it since late November when the brochure came out.

The best person to ask is the stocker who will be working at 7am. That's generally the full time frozen food employee. Not on the weekends.
