Yes it is income based. Don't need anything until you are approved for an apartment. You must be 62 yrs old or disabled.

Income based. Call the office & come in to pick up an application. Fill it out,return it. If you qualify you will go on a waiting list.

Yes income based and you need to be on a waiting list.. The list takes about a year..
