They have a great kiddie section and most rides are all ages.. They go by height. You can check the website to follow up.

There are toddler rides for small kids, but for the rest of the park the height minimum is around 48". Anyone smaller can ride certain rides accompanied by an adult or bigger kid, but they aren't allowed on others completely.
