Depends on the ride, usually on the side somewhere near where u get on the ride, and pick up when ride is done, when ride is finished.
You can sit next to the ride atrendent.
You can keep a back pack on for most.rides. or.leave with the attendent
Most people keep bags with attendant also if not using lockers or kept strapped to themselves I had a fanny pack on entire time zero issues
Yes they have locker rooms next to arcade games and restroom
