I would recommend just going in and speaking to somebody at their front window. Nowdays everybody uses an annoying automated voice service and it never seems to help.
I just found out if keep pressing 0 they will connect you with a human .
On hold now for 54 minutes!
Shouldn't have to go into the post office just to ask a question..Phone service is really bad..
Agree, waited on phone two days , 1 1/2 hr & 30 minutes, JUST CANNOT SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON...seems like our time is not considered VALUABLE ?
