Is the customer service always this poor? I have called both the main number and the Framingham office directly and both times i have been on hold for more than 10 minutes and when they finally pick up they disconnect the call.

Yes. There seems to be a communications problem. Office management is unable to even the simplest protocols. I get a monthly prescription. More often than not its not ready on the day Im supposed to receive it.
