HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE SO CALLED MANAGEMENT. WHEN YOU GO TO THE WINDOW TO ORDER THEY PUT DOWN THE WRONG ORDER AND DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISTAKE. DIDN'T EVEN HONOR THE INCONVENIENCE. IF I WERE YOU I'D GO TO THE OTHER LOCATIONS

I was there in the early afternoon and that shift had great staff. The staff at the Glendale location and Arcadia location have also been wonderful.

And I'm sure you got what you were expecting. Not me in this case and I was there a few hours ago I don't know if they were the same people you were handling with. But the Glendale location is the one I look forward to going to. Never dissatisfied and when they make a mistake they take ownership and value the customer for the inconvenience caused to them.
