I did not detect any, nor did I taste any RUM in them either! This joint has been systematically over time altering their "rum beans" recipe (cheaper) to the point there's none it them now. It also appears they may be under new management since their rib sandwich (for the last 1000 years) had always been trimmed to St. Louis style. NOW they include the rib tipped ends (untrimmed)!
