I just fired. Dr. Eko. He was a good doctor but his staff was horrible. We waited MONTHS for referrals and would take numerous calls asking when we would receive referrals. One time we waited 3.5 hours in Waiting room AFTER our appointment time. And once they put my wife in a room and forgot about her. An hour and half later my wife leaves the room and they acknowledge they forgot they put her in the room. We finally left him and went with another primary care doctor.

You cant. You have to call the hospital and ask for the doc on call or go to ER

If you call his office they should have an after hours # you can call to at least get in touch with one of his nurses which will then contact Dr. Eko
