This is a very disappointing service. You cannot contact the store directly but it goes through a central clearing number. The glasses came in wrong not even close and the staff acted like I did something wrong coming back. Snd now I cannot even get answers as to where the glasses are after 14 days of them trying to correct their error in making them. This is so unprofessional. When I mentioned I have to travel in from some distance that made no impression like they would try to help. Do not believe the advertisement

No, I'm still trying to get mine right. I have been back several times during business hours and they were closed . I'm in the process of still trying to get my focus with my contacts and they switched one but not the other and I've been trying to reach them to get them corrected
