You should have no problem at that time.. No reservations needed. It might be tough on a Friday nite.. it could be busy.. parking space for about 8-10 cars in there lot but there is street parking.. enjoy!!
You should always call ahead it's a very small place. Parking is also very difficult.
Public parking at Beach Access 5...a very short walk. No reservations necessary at 4pm.... they're just opening.
Kind of a small parking lot and fills up quickly. But there's some public parking options on the street located in the surrounding neighborhood
