Tell them it's 31'. If it's 32' you get charged an extra $100. No real explanation why. 31' and sweet. $700 a month is severely lowballing. $700 if you want to boondock basically. Very primitive amenities for that price. Be prepared to open that checkbook. No cash at all here. Anything over 11 years old is not permitted here. So they say. They still have D.B. Coopers hideout trailer next to us.
I'm from AZ and I live at the park. My RV is 15 years old, and all they ask for was pretty approval in the form of photos. Not sure what Mario is talking about. I have a large dog, and the run by my RV is clean. I would call for pricing. My RV is 40 foot long, so I pay for premium. The electricity is part of the month
I'm pretty sure it depends on the space that you need for your RV. So you might want to call them. Make sure you have the information handy, what side your pop outs are on and how long your RV is.
I think about 700 a month. As we have a 38 and is more..if on good shape I think ok. There's all types of campers. Lot of people that work stay there and ones from Arizona
