Passes are for the year they are purchased in not 1 year from the date of purchase. It has always been explained to us when we purchase them.
Unfortunately this is true, the last day of the year is when all cards expire. Did you call them to verify your pass was still vaild before driving 2 hours?
If it says 2017 then it expired in December 2017 last year.
They were all very friendly to us
Because they have very poor customer service. Calling them is a joke as every time I have called I have been on hold for at least an hour and many times Being kicked off due to the the time limit.
