Hi Danielle - Hoverboards are not allowed to be used on park for the safety of our guests.
I went through the same think of hearing stop running and take it easy. So hover boards might be an issue
I have never seen one. We heard multiple times last night "stop running, walk please"
I'm not sure, I didn't see any specific signs etc. against it.
