You can tell that mr Preston didn't lose his son. If the owner that kicked him out would have made sure that Saylor left the premises Chad Merrill would still be alive. Also the Red Rose has no liability insurance. Mr. Saylor had a gun in his waistband while in the bar. Black people have the right to drink and eat in any bar n grill. The Merrills haven't heard from the owners since Saylors murder conviction but they were in court to see what happened. I will never drink n dine there anymore. If the person who kicked saylor out, which was one of the owners, would of made sure Saylor left the premises or called the cops, Chad would still be alive raising his son. Not right!!! That place should be shut down period.
