If kayaking from the speedway can the general public get out at KAO dock?

I agree with Bobby, but any one can exit the creek at any point. Be aware that the water level right now is barely high enough for a tube. From the speedway to the KOA is 3 miles and a 3 hour float in a tube

There is an area just past the Kemp Road bridge on Snug Harbor that I have seen being used. Perhaps a drive by would help.
