Hi Danette, If you have never worn glasses before, be careful at 20/20. I've worn glasses over 50yrs so I knew the new prescription they gave me was wrong. It took them 3 times to get it right. It's hard enough to adjust to a proper new prescription. When it's wrong, it can really mess you up. I don't know your circumstances but you might want to try somewhere else. Either way, if you don't feel you are seeing properly, keep making them do it over until it's right. Don't feel guilty ... That's what you are paying for. Best of luck to you.
You go through a series of tests with their machines. At this location it was shining lights into each eye and having you answer questions of clarity for testing your eyes.
