To the person who got the scratches all over their car same thing happened to me Google them they have a corporate on Del Prado where I was told to take mine and they buft the car out and did a hand wash and wax and did the inside too free of charge
It cleaned my car fairly well but the brushes scratched the clear coat badly. Will not be going there again
