They do not work with you. We visit every year as a family to see Albannach at the end of the season. We drove an 1.5 hours to get there and it started raining hard. As we pulled in and parked, everybody was leaving. Because the park had opened earlier, they would not refund our money. Our online tickets were never used. Beware of purchasing tickets online!
It is a rain or shine event. In cases where weather is extreme enough to force a shutdown, they do work with people, at least in previous seasons.
