I want to if family dollar company endorses and approves that behavior of their mangers is to act in a manner of wrongful persecution of their customers?

Terrible store!! The manager is unresponsive to questions and is rude. This store is in total disarray, and is filthy. It smells in back of store like a dead rodent. I should call the health department since they sell dairy and frozen food. This store should be inspected and shut down. Also there is a new Dollar tree store on Divinity St, on the old food Mart plaza, brand new. Sorry, it is Dollar General!

I worked at this particularly family dollar back in 2007 and was an assistant manager. I can tell you that it would depend on the personal management of the store at the time. While u was employed, I had managers come from other stores to fight with my employees during working hours. When I reported to the manager, I was informed it was his wife n her friends coming into the store to fight this employee. Then reported to the district manager and basically told to not worry about it. Two days later, I left. This family dollar really don't care about their employees let alone their customers. I'm sorry you have to deal with that. You can try to call cooperate, but I'm not even sure that will help
