Are masked required at all times even during working out, or are they just required entering/leaving and in common areas?

Somebody you have to have a mask on at all times unless you're doing cardio in which case you're allowed to demask

From what I understand you must wear one at all time.

At PF Mechanicsburg you wear your mask in and on your way out. Mask not required while working out unless you feel a need to wear one

Not required on cardio machines all other times though
