Do they turn all the lights out in the park at closing 10pm, or some ?

They shut the lights of at 10:00 but the pool lights are on all thr time..

Depending who has the ballfield(s)

Thsnks for the replies. I'm an amateur astronomer/imager looking into this location, is quite dark sky there.

I would assume all the lights are on circuits that are controlled by computer
