Casual is better, jean's but dress them up with casual shoes and a nice dress shirts. Makes you look more attractive at the same time.
Casual is good
Jeans and polo shirts are exceptable. The Dress code is casual but neat, no athletic attire, no hats. Sneakers and jeans are ok.
