we just bought a property that has al old stripped car body abandoned on it. What paperwork do we need to be able to bring it in for scrap?

The sale of any and all motor vehicles requires a valid state title that has been signed and notarized. If the vehicle has been abandoned you will need to go to a third party DMV(I use Academy of Driving) or the DMV to file for a bonded or abandoned title.
