Do you usually get charged to use a bathroom in NYC? Well I couldn’t use this bathroom until I made a purchase. My intentions was to purchase something, but they didn’t have to strong arm me. Then only to be lead to use a disgusting restroom

No you don't usually get charged but some business allows you to make a purchase then you can used their restrooms, also McDonald's usually allows you to use their restrooms without making a purchase.
