What bus do you take to get there

I would suggest a 61C or 61D and walking from Murray. Alternatively, you could take any 61 and get off at Wightman and walk there. You could also take or transfer to the 65 if that is convenient. It can get you closer, but I think it runs less often.

71 C stops at Penn and Lexington.

Walking from Murray or wightman would be a very long hike.
