Am I understanding that classes are no charge. I was interested in the Vinyasa yoga class that I see on Sunday, when I come and work out. Is this class for beginners and when does a new cycle start.

I have not attended the yoga class but other classes are done by individuals based on their comfort level. You should reserve for the class 12 hours ahead of time and that way you have a spot there
