I did not see a dance floor but they do have a nice outdoor patio which you could probably use to dance. Call the manager , he is very helpful and accommodating.
I didn't see one but I heard they hold weddings downstairs.
Yes there's a large party area that allows for plenty of tables and room for dancing. With a party of 80, we still had a 20'x20' dance area that looks out on to Manhattan skyline without obstruction.
